Pancreatic Cancer Predictive Pipeline (PCP2)

PCP2 is a machine learning pipeline combining machine vision built on top of Mask R-CNN and CNN prognosis predictor. PCP2 considered both CT features, biomarkers and clinicopathological features to diagnose pancreatic cancer and predict patient prognosis.
